Meditate More
One of the most awe-inspiring stories I read regarding meditation is about the Dalai Lama. He faithfully mediates one hour per day. Incredible, right?! Well, there’s more… The Dalai Lama was asked what he does on days in which his schedule is more busy than usual. He replied that he meditates for two hours, accompanied with a huge smile!
This spiritual technique contradicts everything we know about human behavior and how we convince ourselves that we do not have time to meditate, exercise, etc. We are all aware of the endless list of benefits of mediation to our minds and body. For our financial wellbeing, add:
